Terms and conditions

1. Definitions

• Invitedd: the online invitation, RSVP and event-management service available through invitedd.app and operated by Weblord (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 70417032).
• User: any person or organisation that creates an account or uses Invitedd.
• Event: an event created by a User.
• Guest: a person invited through Invitedd.
• Service: all Invitedd features, including invitations, guests, RSVP, reminders, wishlists, date polls, polls and programmes.
• Premium: the paid version of the Service.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to every use of Invitedd and every agreement between Invitedd and a User. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

We may update these terms. We will notify registered Users by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Continued use after that date means that you accept the revised terms.

3. Your account

You must be at least 16, provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity through your account. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to support@invitedd.app.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Invitedd for personal and business events. You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, spam, disruption, infringement, abusive or discriminatory content, unauthorised resale, or to use guest data for purposes unrelated to the relevant event.

We may remove content that breaches these terms and suspend or close accounts responsible for serious or repeated breaches.

5. Free and Premium features

Invitedd offers free features for creating and sharing digital invitations, with tools such as flyers, calendar links, wishlists, date polls, activities and analytics. Premium is purchased per event and adds features including RSVP management, guest-list tools, automated reminders, polls and an event programme.

The current contents and price of each plan are shown before purchase. Changes do not alter a Premium package already purchased for an event.

6. Payments and cancellation

Mollie B.V. processes payments. Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT. Premium access starts after successful payment and remains available for the relevant event.

Consumers may request cancellation within 14 days of purchase where the statutory right of withdrawal applies and the Premium features have not been substantially used. Contact support@invitedd.app.

7. Intellectual property

Weblord and Invitedd retain intellectual-property rights in the Service, software, design, text, branding and invitation artwork. You retain rights in content you upload. You grant Invitedd a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content only as needed to provide the Service. This licence ends when the relevant content or account is deleted, subject to legal retention duties.

8. Availability and maintenance

We aim for 99.9% availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We announce planned maintenance where reasonably possible and are not liable solely because the Service is temporarily unavailable.

9. Privacy

We process personal data under our privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Invitedd’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount the User paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. Invitedd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, user or guest content, force-majeure events, or data loss unless caused by intent or gross negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

You may delete your account through account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Data is then handled as described in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

Dutch law governs these terms. We first try to resolve disputes informally. If that fails, disputes may be brought before the competent Dutch court where Weblord is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere.
